Terms of Use
1Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using the TokenMaxxer app ("the app") provided by Minjun Kim ("the developer") and the rights and obligations of the developer and users.
2Definitions
- "User" means a person who installs and uses the app under these terms.
- "Provider" means an AI service, and its operator, whose account a user adds to the app (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, GitHub, Cursor, OpenRouter).
- "Credentials" means the API keys, login tokens, session cookies and similar data a user adds to the app.
3Posting and changes
These terms are posted on this website and linked from the app's settings. The developer may change them within the limits of applicable law. Changes are posted with their effective date at least 7 days in advance, or 30 days in advance if they are unfavorable to users. If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using and delete the app.
4The service
The app is free and includes:
- Fetching and showing usage, limits, reset times, credits and balances of the provider accounts you add
- Managing multiple providers, accounts and API keys
- Home and lock screen widgets, Live Activities, auto-refresh and background refresh
- Creating a usage share card ("flex") and brag text
The app has no developer server; your device talks to providers directly. How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
5Your obligations
- Only add accounts and credentials you are entitled to use.
- Follow each provider's terms and policies. In particular, you are responsible for checking that web-login cookie or token access is allowed by the provider's terms.
- Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to disrupt a provider's service, and do not modify, reverse-engineer and redistribute the app without permission.
- You are responsible for your device and credentials. If you suspect a credential has leaked, revoke the key or change the password with the provider right away.
6Relationship with providers
The app is an independent, unofficial tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any provider. Service names and trademarks shown in the app belong to their owners. Provider accounts, billing, usage limits and suspensions are governed by your agreement with each provider.
7Accuracy
Usage and reset times are based on what providers return and may differ from reality because of provider delays or changes or network conditions. Check the provider's official dashboard before making important billing or work decisions.
8Changes and interruptions
When a provider changes its API, sign-in flow or policies, some providers or features may stop working without notice. The developer may fix, change or discontinue features and will announce this in app updates or on this website where possible.
9Limitation of liability
The app is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for the following losses, except those caused by the developer's intent or gross negligence:
- Losses caused by provider outages, policy changes, or account restrictions or suspensions
- Overuse, charges or business losses caused by usage figures that differ from reality
- Losses caused by failure to secure your device or credentials
- Losses caused by breach of section 5
10Intellectual property and open source
Rights in the design, code and icons of the app and this website belong to the developer. Part of the provider integration logic is based on CodexBar (© Peter Steinberger), released under the MIT License; the full text is available under "MIT license" in the app's settings. The app uses the Martian Mono and IBM Plex Sans KR fonts under the SIL Open Font License.
11App store terms
Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to copies obtained from the App Store, and the Google Play Terms of Service apply to copies obtained from Google Play. If these terms conflict with app store terms, the app store terms prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes about the app are first discussed through the contact below; litigation is brought before the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
